Prudence’s No-Nonsense Guide to Keeping Your Yard Squirrel-Free

If one wants to keep the squirrel presence around one’s home to a minimum, one must do the following:

Find the source of the squirrels (the back left corner of the fence), stare at it, and wait. For as long as you have to.

Always remain vigilant, and bear in mind that the human members of your pack, although well-meaning, are usually oblivious to the threats that squirrels pose.

Go with your instinct. If a squirrel starts scrambling across the fence, you should immediately begin making a huge scene and blocking out any and all commands to “be quiet” or “calm down.”

Lastly, never forget that this is your job. Even though the humans seem unappreciative, they’re counting on you. Do not let them down.
