Shrewd observations at the library

CarolynArcabascio_BostonIllustrator_09262013

A couple things became clear while sketching a group of strangers in the library today.

The first is that they were only a partial group of strangers. The slouching gentleman in the foreground turned out to be a rock climber who has witnessed my own sweaty and graceless attempts at climbing on quite a few occasions.

The second is that every person depicted here was wearing a hoodie. If that sounds like a criticism, know that I was also wearing a hoodie.
